On Saturday, November 17, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. representatives from Meals on Wheels and More and Dewey Griffin Subaru will be at the Barkley, Fairhaven, Ferndale, Meridian, and Sehome Haggen Northwest Fresh Stores encouraging customers to “Stuff the Trunk” of new Subaru with nutritious shelf-stable emergency food supplies.

From November 15th, 2018, through January 2nd, 2019, Subaru of America will donate $250 for every new vehicle sold or leased to the customer’s choice of participating charities.
Suggested food donations include: Canned tuna, chicken, turkey, roast beef; canned chili or stew; peanut butter; canned fruit; hot cereal; hot cocoa; soup; granola or breakfast bars.
Donations can also be dropped off at the Bellingham Senior Activity Center or at Dewey Griffin Subaru. Monetary donations are also appreciated.
