This 4-hour workshop highlights how the creative process correlates to project management.
We will cover the basics of project management in the context of the arts. This will include:
Simple negotiation strategies; healthy communication, especially with a disgruntled client; and time management. We will analyze your creative process and discover whether it’s compatible with your project management style. We’ll use our findings to discuss ways to help you become more successful. There will be a 1 hour conference call for students questions to be scheduled during the class
